Nominees are judged on significant service to the broader OSAC membership and ability to promote its mission through:
LEADERSHIP: Effectively promotes OSAC’s public-private partnership by enabling collaboration and information exchange, plans and implements strategic initiatives in support of OSAC’s mission, rallies active membership participation.
INNOVATIVE NETWORKING: Explores diverse platforms and methods to energize OSAC meetings and communications. Can include community activities, high-level speakers, regionally coordinated meetings or conferences, unique publications, use of social media, etc.
CRISIS OR INCIDENT RESPONSE: Provided support through the OSAC partnership during a crisis, significant incident, or event abroad in a manner that enhanced U.S. organizations’ ability to protect personnel, assets, and/or information overseas.
STANDARDS, SERVICE, AND QUALITY: Exercises strong personal adherence to OSAC protocol and governance of membership that results in consistent value-add for all participants.
INFORMATION SHARING: Sharers timely, relevant security information with OSAC members and networks in a way that supports OSAC member organizations in better protecting personnel, assets, and/or information overseas. Can involve the sharing of threat information, analysis, OSAC programming, etc.
